En parallèle, vous contribuerez à l'animation de la communauté des alternants et stagiaires du site de Poissy. À ce titre, vous participerez à l'organisation d'événements dédiés aux jeunes talents, à la création d'actions favorisant leur intégration et leur engagement, ainsi qu'à la coordination de temps forts tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l'entreprise. Vous contribuerez également à la communication auprès des alternants et stagiaires et proposerez des initiatives visant à renforcer leur expérience et leur sentiment d'appartenance à Stellantis.
