About the Role You'll join Vibe's Talent Acquisition team inside the People org, initially reporting directly to Nicholas Wagner, Chief People Officer. The team owns hiring across Vibe as it pushes toward its 2030 growth targets, and this role is being created to give that effort an extra dedicated pair of hands in Paris. You'll get real ownership from day one: full-cycle recruiting on technical roles, direct partnership with hiring managers, and a seat at the table as the team builds. If you want to grow into a senior technical recruiter inside a team that still feels small enough for your work to be visible, this is a good place to do it.
