About the Role You'll own the people agenda for our France, Europe, and Asia teams, the region that houses the large majority of Vibe's engineering and product talent. You'll be the go-to HR partner for our technical organization, working hand in hand with the CTO, the SVP Product, and the SVP Engineering, while leading employee relations and French labor law compliance across France. You'll report to our HRBP Director in New York and partner closely with our Chief People Officer, based in Paris. This role exists because our European headcount is scaling fast and the technical org needs a dedicated partner on the ground. You'll get real ownership of a strategic region, direct exposure to senior technical leaders, and the chance to shape how we grow talent across three continents.…
