accueil et intégration des nouveaux salariés - gestion des dossiers administratifs des salariés (contrats, avenants, soldes de tout compte, etc) - suivi des procédures disciplinaires et des entretiens individuels. Gestion des relations avec les organismes externes: médecine du travail: suivi des visites médicales, gestion des fiches d'aptitude - mutuelle et prévoyance: gestion des affiliations, des radiations et des sinistres - collaboration avec le service d'appui juridique pour les questions liées au droit du travail. BDESE Profil recherché: Diplôme en gestion de paie obligatoire (bac + 2 minimum) Double cursus en paie et ressources humaines apprécié Salaire 2500 euros brut - 5% sur les achats magasin - prise en charge mutuelle à 50 % - prime de fin d'année - CSE - prime de participation…
