Vous rejoignez l’équipe qui conçoit et fait évoluer notre solution de back‑office Santé/Prévoyance. Votre mission: transformer les besoins métier de nos clients (assureurs / bancassureurs) en fonctionnalités utiles, conformes et industrialisables, en lien direct avec les équipes MOA, R&D et experts métier. La mission Compréhension métier & discovery Animer des ateliers (clients/prospects) pour comprendre les usages, irritants et priorités, et formaliser les besoins. Spécification produit Rédiger des user stories (contexte, valeur, règles de gestion, critères d’acceptation) et contribuer à la priorisation du backlog. Delivery & qualité Accompagner les projets d’intégration: étude d’impact, paramétrage, digitalisation des processus, recette, formation.…
