Cette organisation se caractérise par la transversalité de ses compétences (audit, transaction, évaluation, modélisation financière, fiscale…). Le département Stratégie & Transactions de ce pôle accompagne les institutions financières européennes (assureurs, banque, etc…), les fonds d’investissement ainsi que les bailleurs de fonds dans leur stratégie de croissance externe…
