Votre équipe Au sein de la practice Transformation Finance, nous accompagnons la transformation des Directions Financières de grands groupes français et internationaux, mais aussi les acteurs de la French Tech et du Next40. Convaincus du rôle clé des fonctions finance dans les grandes transformations des organisations (fusions-acquisitions, introductions en bourse, carve-out, plans de performance…), nous intervenons sur des enjeux business majeurs: pilotage de la performance, optimisation des processus et des coûts, transformation des systèmes d’information Finance, data et digital, opérations structurantes, renfort opérationnel et conduite du changement.…
