Vos missions Vous intervenez auprès de groupes d'assurance et serez au cœur des enjeux de mise en conformité et d’innovation, en lien avec les Directions Conformité, Risques et IT. Notre pôle couvre notamment les sujets: Sécurité financière: processus de connaissance client (KYC); Lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme (LCB-FT), sanctions et embargo, gel des avoirs... Protection de la clientèle (MIFID, IDD) Anti-corruption (Sapin II), fraude et intégrité de marché Autres réglementations bancaire s: e-invoicing, DORA, ViDA, IA Act, RGPD Transversal: veille réglementaire européenne et internationale, revue de processus, analyse d’écart, pilotage de projet...…
