Au sein de ce département, l’équipe OpTax Transformation accompagne nos clients institutions financières sur les enjeux de fiscalité. La fiscalité opérationnelle – également appelée fiscalité client – regroupe l’ensemble des obligations fiscales auxquelles les institutions financières doivent se conformer lors de la gestion des opérations financières de leurs clients. Ces obligations, telles que FASTER, QI, QDD, FATCA/CRS, DAC, IFU, TTF, évoluent en permanence et conduisent nos clients (banques de financement et d’investissement, fonds d’investissement, institutions et infrastructures de marché, dépositaires, teneurs de comptes et conservateurs) à…
