FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement, each with its own ressources. Today, the team consists of 2 people but are actively recruiting toward a target organization of 7. Most of it is still to be hired and built — by you. You will report to Quentin, our COO. ✨ Why this role is special You build the function instead of inheriting it. The target organization — FP&A, Finance Operations, Procurement — exists on paper and almost nothing of it is built. You recruit the team, set the standards, and decide how Finance operates for the next stage of the company. The role is designed to grow into VP Finance once the function is in place.
