Within AXA GIE - DCFG, you will join the Corporate Finance M&A team as an Intern. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - What You’ll Do Support the coordination of M&A processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal advisors). Perform financial analyses and valuations of potential acquisition or divestiture targets, including assessment of strategic rationale and financial impact. Conduct macroeconomic, sector and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and opportunity screening. Prepare high-quality presentations and analytical materials for senior management, executive committees and Board-level discussions.…
