About the role We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to establish and lead the finance function of Freedom Digital Bank France. The CFO will oversee financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital and liquidity planning, financial controls, management reporting and regulatory reporting. The role will work closely with the local executive team, the Board and the wider Freedom Holding Corp. organisation. As a member of the founding executive team, the CFO will contribute to the bank’s regulatory authorisation, establishment and launch in France. The successful candidate will ensure that the finance function meets applicable French and EU requirements and the expectations of the relevant supervisory authorities.…
