Dans le cadre d’un recrutement en CDI, vous rejoignez les équipes Sopra Steria Services Financiers à Lille et intervenez sur des projets Web stratégiques pour des clients majeurs du secteur bancaire et assurantiel. Au sein de nos squads projets, vous intervenez en tant que Tech Lead Java / Angular sur des sujets full stack (back Java / front Angular), avec une forte exigence de qualité, de robustesse et de delivery. Votre rôle et vos missions: En tant que Tech Lead, vous êtes le point d’appui technique de l’équipe et contribuez activement au développement: Cadrage technique, conception et développement Java / Angular (approche full stack) Garantie des bonnes pratiques (qualité de code, maintenabilité, performance) Animation des revues de code et accompagnement de l’équipe (coaching, montée…
