We are looking for a dynamic and highly technical supervisor to take accountability for production and product delivery within our Secondary Production scope (Site/Region/Country). In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams covering operations, maintenance, and product compliance. You will bridge the gap between operational management and hands-on technical optimization, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across all cluster/country facilities. Daily Plant Operations & Technical Support: On-Site Support: Provides technical support to the production department to optimise equipment performance and reliability. Active On-Site Presence: Maintains a dynamic, day-to-day presence on site to closely monitor plant performance, diagnose faults on site, identify process deviations…
