Contexte L'un de nos clients, actuer majeur de le secteur de l'aéronautique et de la Défense, porte un projet ambitieux: transformer son usine de production en usine de référence pour le groupe dans les années à venir. Ce programme structurant se décompose en 4 phases clés: 2026 (étude préliminaire): Architecture de l’atelier, optimisation des flux, transferts de moyens de production, et identification des leviers d’amélioration. 2027 (étude approfondie): Préparation au déploiement (méthodes, transferts industriels, pilotage, consolidation des initiatives performance). 2028 (lancement des travaux): Mise en œuvre des transformations. À partir de 2028 (run des exploitations): Exploitation et amélioration continue.…
