Job Description: Job Mission: The mission of the Engineering Enablers (ETE) department is to deliver enablers to boost efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to customers in terms of Strategy, Transformation, Processes, Quality, Aviation Safety, Methods, and Tools. We collaborate and work closely with Information Management, Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering. We are a transnational team located in France and Germany who believes in empowering our people, in simplifying our processes and tools and driving innovation. As part of the Engineering Transformation Squad, you will support several parallel initiatives aimed at improving the productivity of the Design Office.…
