France is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we have just opened our Paris office. We are looking for a Team Lead to lead our Legal Engineering team for law firms in France. This is a player-coach role: you will lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers while personally running our most strategic firm engagements. You will report to the Director of Legal Engineering, South EMEA. What you'll be doing - Leading the team day to day: priorities, 1:1s, coaching, quality review, capacity and escalations. - Hiring, onboarding and developing Legal Engineers, and setting the standard of excellence for the team.…
