En intégrant l’équipe opérations S3NS, vous accompagnerez et assurerez la satisfaction de nos clients ayant fait le choix d’aller vers le cloud de confiance. Vous réceptionnerez les demandes d’assistances clients et initierez une discussion avec eux permettant d’échanger les informations nécessaires à la compréhension et à la résolution des cas et/ou incidents. Notre offre intermédiaire « Contrôle Locaux avec S3NS » implémente des contrôles supplémentaires (en particulier le chiffrement de données) sur des solutions clients déployées dans Google Cloud, en s’appuyant sur l'expertise de Thales en matière de sécurité des données. A noter qu’une formation aux produits Google Cloud Public sera inscrite dans votre parcours d’intégration chez S3NS.…
