Vos missions Release Train Engineer / Coordination du train SAFe En tant que RTE, vous serez notamment en charge de: Organiser, préparer et animer les principaux événements du train SAFe: PI Planning, Pré/Post PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt, rétrospectives; Assurer la coordination et la synchronisation des différentes équipes du train, ainsi que des Scrum Masters et Product Owners; Piloter le flux de delivery et contribuer à une livraison de valeur régulière et prédictible; Identifier, suivre et faciliter la résolution des risques, obstacles et dépendances, notamment entre équipes et avec les autres trains; Accompagner les équipes dans la préparation des PI Planning, la définition des objectifs et la sécurisation de leurs engagements; Coacher les Scrum Masters, Product…
