En nous rejoignant, vous participerez au développement d’un photodétecteur innovant pour l’infrarouge moyen, destiné aux communications optiques à très haut débit. Vous travaillerez sur un composant reposant sur un matériau innovant associant une absorption efficace de la lumière et une grande mobilité des porteurs de charge, des propriétés particulièrement adaptées à la détection rapide dans l’infrarouge moyen. Une couche isolante sera également utilisée afin de protéger certaines zones du composant et de limiter les phénomènes pouvant altérer ses performances. Vous contribuerez au développement de plusieurs étapes technologiques essentielles à la fabrication de ces dispositifs.…
