As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will join the Data Platform team. We are an enablement team: we build the tools, standards and foundations that let every engineering team at Swile own its data autonomously. You will work at the crossroads of data, software engineering and infrastructure, in a senior team where everyone has a direct impact. As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, your mission will be to: Design and improve the tools and platforms that empower engineering teams to build and run their own data pipelines Ship AI tooling (Skills, MCP) as part of the platform, to help teams design, build and run their data products Contribute to our batch processing (Airflow, dbt) and event-driven architecture (Kafka) Define, document and promote standards and best practices Help teams adopt…
