Join the international teams of Prysmian's R&D Optical Fiber Business Unit. Participate in the Draw process development of new products in the optical fiber plant, located in Douvrin (France). Description: As an R&D Draw Process Engineer, you will report to the site's R&D Draw & Measurement Manager and play a crucial role in Draw process development of new products. You will be responsible of draw process definition and optimization for new generation of optical fibers in particular multicore fibers, polarization maintaining fibers and 80µm fibers. Job: Your responsibilities will include: Project Management: Define, plan, execute, analyze, and qualify R&D projects linked with new products. Prepare detailed test reports and facilitate the transfer of knowledge to our plants.…
