Rejoignez le III-V Lab, un Groupement à Intérêt Economique (GIE) constitué par 3 membres: Thales, Nokia et le CEA-Leti. Au sein du programme GaN, vous contribuerez à des projets innovants centrés sur les transistors à nitrure de gallium (GaN HEMT), des composants clés pour les systèmes de télécommunications, de défense, de sécurité et du spatial. Ces technologies de pointe permettent de répondre aux enjeux de puissance et de performance dans les applications radiofréquences. Le programme GaN avec sa dizaine de collaborateurs est en charge des thématiques liées à l’utilisation des transistors à base de nitrure du gallium (GaN) pour les applications radiofréquences de puissance. Ces transistors sont dits « HEMT » pour High Electronic Mobility Transistor.…
