Pour réussir cette ambition, le Groupe recrute des ingénieurs expérimentés en procédés chimiques pour son Centre de R&D basé à Clermont-Ferrand. Stratégiquement, Michelin a fait le choix de développer des élastomères spécifiques innovants qui permettent l’atteinte de performances inédites en pneumatiques, et qui différencient des concurrents [1].
