Vous intervenez au cœur des équipes métier et IT, dans un contexte Agile et multi-projets, où votre valeur ajoutée sera directement visible. Vos missions Analysez les besoins métiers IARD sur tout ou partie des périmètres Structurez et formalisez les exigences fonctionnelles: Animation d’ateliers avec les directions Métier (Souscription, Gestion, Sinistres, Distribution) Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles / User Stories, mapping de processus (BPMN) Modélisation des règles de gestion: franchises, plafonds, garanties, exclusions, conventions (IRSA/IRCA…), circuits de validation Pilotez la recette fonctionnelle: Élaboration de plans de tests orientés métier…
