Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et pédagogie. Adaptabilité: capacité à rejoindre un contexte SI varié (héritage + modernisation). Compétences requises Recueil et expression de besoin Rédaction SFD US UML Stratégie de tests Animation d’ateliers Agile Scrum Kanban ou Cycle en V selon projet Appétence pour les sujets d’innovation (automatisation, intelligence artificielle) et capacité à les intégrer dans l’analyse des besoins métiers.
