Within AXA Group Risk Management you will join the Natural Catastrophe Risk Modelling team as Flood Nat Cat Analyst. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - What You’ll Do Flood Risks modelling Actively participate in the development and mastery of a high-level, sophisticated flood risk modeling pipeline, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge Deltares model suites (WFLOW, SFINCS), and contribute to enhancing flood risk assessments under current and future climate scenarios. Identify, gather, and incorporate official national flood hazard reference maps and local flood defense data for target countries—such as those developed under the European Floods Directive (2007/60/EC)—to enhance the accuracy and robustness of flood protection system representations within the modeling framework.…
