Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, vous contribuez à la fiabilité et à la cohérence des prévisions opérationnelles en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Data et les équipes terrain. Votre objectif: garantir la bonne adéquation entre les volumes prévisionnels et les ressources déployées sur notre réseau. Ce que vous ferez au quotidien Piloter les forecasts opérationnels Analyser et challenger les prévisions commerciales produites par les équipes Data. Fiabiliser les données d'entrée et identifier les incohérences. Préparer et animer les revues de forecast avec les équipes opérationnelles et commerciales. Déployer et animer le processus de labour planning sur les hubs et agences.…
