FIG Structuring is a cross-asset structuring function focused on developing innovative solutions for banks and insurance companies facing complex financial, regulatory, and balance-sheet challenges. The team supports Institutional Sales and Trading by delivering differentiated content and bespoke solutions designed to address client needs such as risk hedging, capital optimization, and investment solutions. What differentiates us from other structuring teams is a client-first approach: we begin by diagnosing the client’s economic objectives and constraints (e.g. economic, accounting and regulatory) and translate them into actionable cross-asset structures, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders across the platform.
