Au sein du Vertical Services Financiers et dans une équipe spécialisée dans les solutions de paiement et la monétique, vous participerez à des projets fonctionnels en lien avec les besoins métier et les équipes techniques. Accompagné(e) par un tuteur expérimenté, vous contribuerez aux activités suivantes: Recueil et analyse des besoins métiers. Participation à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles. Contribution à la formalisation des processus et parcours utilisateurs. Réalisation d'analyses d'impacts et de documentation fonctionnelle. Participation aux ateliers avec les équipes métier et projet. Contribution aux phases de recette fonctionnelle et de validation des solutions. Suivi des anomalies et aide à leur qualification.…
