Le siège social regroupe les principales fonctions transversales (marketing, juridique, finance, ressources humaines, relations investisseurs, communication, etc.). Le/La stagiaire intégrera l’équipe M&A du Siège et participera aux projets d’acquisition et de cession du Groupe. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Le/La stagiaire sera en charge de: Assister à la préparation et à la revue des dossiers d’investissement et de désinvestissement du Groupe Rechercher des informations sur les cibles potentielles; Participer à l’évaluation financière des entreprises / activités visées (DCF, multiples de sociétés cotées et de transactions, calcul de WACC, etc.); Assister aux différentes étapes de l’exécution des transactions, et notamment la préparation d’éléments de synthèse sur des sujets…
