L’équipe Payment & Fraud est en charge des expériences d’achat client sur tous les canaux e-Commerce UBISOFT, du store jusqu’aux achats in-game en passant par l’abonnement. Intégré·e à l'équipe produit, et plus précisément sur la partie paiement, vos missions comprendront: Analyser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) liés aux paiements afin d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration. Avec d'autres équipes internes, vous optimiserez les processus opérationnels en lien avec les paiements et la fraude. Réaliser des études comparatives (benchmarks) avec la concurrence et identifier les meilleures pratiques du secteur. Effectuer des recherches sur les tendances, la législation et les évolutions récentes dans le domaine des paiements.…
