Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst ou AMOA Diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieurs ou d'une formation supérieure équivalente Excellent relationnel et capacité à faire le lien entre les enjeux métiers et techniques Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication À l'aise dans des contextes SI complexes mêlant applications historiques et modernisation Compétences recherchées: Recueil et expression de besoins Rédaction de User Stories et spécifications fonctionnelles UML Stratégie et suivi des tests Animation d'ateliers Méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et/ou Cycle en V Appétence pour les sujets d’innovation (automatisation, intelligence artificielle) et capacité à les intégrer dans l’analyse des besoins métiers.
