L'équipe Production Intelligence opère le PIC (Production Intelligence Center), un portail centralisé qui offre une visibilité complète sur l'état de développement des jeux Ubisoft: suivi du scope, vélocité de livraison, staffing, qualité, coûts, et User Research.
