📍 Volledig remote 🕓 4 dagen per week — telkens van 13u tot 20u 📅 Werkdagen: ma-vr-za-zo of ma-do-vr-za 🗣️ Nederlands + Engels 🚲 Over Upway Bij Upway maken we e-bikes toegankelijk voor iedereen. We kopen, reviseren en verkopen elektrische fietsen in heel Europa en geven duizenden fietsen een tweede leven. Zo maken we duurzame mobiliteit betaalbaarder én eenvoudiger. Sinds onze start in 2021 groeiden we razendsnel uit tot een internationale scale-up actief in 9 landen, ondersteund door investeerders zoals Sequoia, Exor en Korelya Capital. Om verder te groeien zoeken we een Customer Support Specialist die onze klanten in België en Nederland helpt met snelle, duidelijke en menselijke ondersteuning.
