What you will do Independently own an ambiguous but defined Customer Marketing workstream from diagnosis through rollout. Turn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions. Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and local teams to move initiatives forward. Prioritise opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and available evidence. Design rollout, adoption, and feedback mechanisms. Define relevant metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on results. Connect Customer Marketing work to adoption, commercial effectiveness, or business growth. What we are looking for Experience owning a meaningful Customer Marketing, commercial, GTM, or customer-facing Marketing scope. Strong customer and commercial judgment.…
