Dans une équipe constituée de 3 autres Superviseurs et sous la responsabilité de nos Managers des Opérations, tu encadres une équipe de 25 Chargé(e)s de clientèle et tu assures la fluidité de nos opérations sur tous nos canaux. Entre coaching, résolution de cas complexes et collaboration étroite avec les équipes en entrepôts, ton impact est immédiat.
