Technicien Systèmes et Réseaux - Support Industriel 1. MISSIONS ET CONTEXTE Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Systèmes d'Information (DSI) du site et en lien étroit avec le personnel de production, vous assurez la disponibilité et l'évolution des infrastructures informatiques locales. 2. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES Support et Assistance Utilisateurs: Assistance technique (matériels, logiciels et applicatifs) auprès des utilisateurs. Gestion et correction des incidents, conseils, installation de nouveaux logiciels. Accompagnement de proximité sur le terrain. Participer aux astreintes 24/24 sur le périmètre LAC Administration et Maintenance: Surveillance et maintenance des ressources d'exploitation spécifiques (applicatifs, bases de données, espace disque).…
