Vos missions En tant que consultant(e) expérimenté(e) (au minimum 3 ans d’expérience), vous intégrerez l’équipe « Corporate Treasury » au sein de la ligne de services FAAS (Financial Accounting and Advisory Services). Vous interviendrez, chez nos clients et/ou dans nos locaux, sur des missions de conseil financier adressant l’ensemble des enjeux liés à la gestion de la trésorerie, notamment dans des contextes transactionnels complexes (spin-off, carve-in, carve-out…): Transformation de la fonction Trésorerie Diagnostic de la fonction Trésorerie (risques, process, outils, organisation…); Détermination du modèle opérationnel cible et définition du plan d’actions; Implémentation du modèle opérationnel cible, et interaction avec les éventuels partenaires internes (comme les autres fonctions du…
