Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons actuellement un Avocat ou Consultant expérimenté en Prix de Transfert justifiant d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience pour notre bureau de Lyon. Vos principales responsabilités: La richesse des enjeux techniques et la diversité des secteurs d’activité de nos clients vous amèneront à intervenir sur une grande variété de missions, telles que: Conseil et structuration des flux intra-groupe Accompagner les clients dans la structuration juridique et fiscale de leurs flux transfrontaliers (redevances, management fees, services intra-groupe, transferts d’actifs, etc.). Analyser les risques fiscaux liés aux prix de transfert et proposer des solutions sécurisées ou des schémas alternatifs.…
