85, 86, 16, 17 et 79). Tu dois garantir le plus haut niveau de service et de sécurité tout en coordonnant la prise en charge du patient diabétique en collaboration avec les centres prescripteurs. Tu formes les patients à l'installation des dispositifs médicaux liés à leur diabète conformément à la prescription dans un souci de qualité et de sécurité. Ton rôle et tes missions Tu assures la gestion et le suivi des patients via l'outil de suivi d'activité et tu réalises un compte-rendu transmis au médecin prescripteur à la suite d'une visite patient. Tu réalises des formations techniques continues et ponctuellement des formations techniques initiales. Tu participes à l'astreinte téléphonique nationale ou astreintes terrain.…
