We have an opportunity for an Employee Relations Consultant, where you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring our policies meet local legal standards. You will be part of a European team responsible for employee relations matters, liaising with HR Business Partners, employee representatives, and management to foster a respectful and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with French policies and employment regulations but will also be responsible for providing support across Europe.
