Orkyn' recrute un(e) Infirmier(e) Conseil Perfusion Insuline F/H pour rejoindre les équipes de l'agence d'Albi pour un CDD, en remplacement d'une absence maladie. Rattaché(e) au Responsable Prestation de Zone PND (Perfusion-Nutrition-Diabète), vous aurez pour mission d’accompagner nos patients à leur domicile dans la prise en charge de leur dispositif médical lié à la perfusion et au diabète. Fonction Vous assurez l’installation de matériel de perfusion et de diabète au domicile des patients selon les procédures qualité et sécurité en vigueur au sein de la société. Vous êtes le lien entre la structure hospitalière et le patient afin de coordonner son retour à domicile.…
