VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Au sein de la Direction Indemnisation, nos Conseillers (F/H) Indemnisation Auto Matériel prennent en charge l'instruction et la gestion des dossiers de sinistres automobiles matériels non gérés par les intermédiaires. Ils accompagnent les assurés tout au long du traitement de leur dossier, dans le respect des engagements de service, des conventions professionnelles, notamment la convention IRSA, et du droit commun. Vos missions En tant que Conseiller(ère) Indemnisation Auto Matériel, vous: Instruisez les dossiers de sinistres automobiles matériels. Analysez les circonstances des sinistres et recueillez les éléments nécessaires à leur traitement. Vérifiez l'application des garanties contractuelles. Déterminez les responsabilités des différentes parties impliquées.…
