VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Vous aimez accompagner les clients dans des moments clés de leur quotidien? Vous souhaitez analyser des situations variées et apporter des solutions concrètes? L’équipe indemnisation Auto Matériel prend en charge l’instruction des dossiers de sinistres automobiles sur différents types de contrats et de sinistres, dans le respect des engagements de service, de la convention IRSA et du droit commun. L’objectif du poste est d’assurer une gestion rigoureuse des dossiers d’indemnisation automobile, de la validation des garanties jusqu’au règlement des sinistres, tout en garantissant la qualité de service apportée aux clients.…
