Au sein du service Gestion Assurances, vous partagerez votre savoir-faire, votre sens du service client avec 16 Conseillers clientèle en Assurance. Voici à quoi ressembleront vos journées: Vous accueillez par téléphone nos clients, analysez leurs demandes et effectuez les actes de gestion nécessaires Vous gérez les dossiers sinistres de A à Z en respectant les garanties du Contrat Vous serez en relation avec plusieurs interlocuteurs: l’assureur, le réseau commercial Mobilize FS, les Centres Relations Clients Mobilize FS de Lyon & de Bordeaux et le client final Véritable tout-terrain, vous nous intéressez!…
