Le/la conseiller(ère) de vente approvisionne son rayon et met en avant les produits afin de développer les ventes de son rayon. Véritable lien entre les besoins du client et l’acte d’achat, il/elle vend le « bon » produit correspondant aux attentes de son client. Il/Elle met également en place toutes les actions pour que l'expérience client soit positive, en veillant à lui faciliter son parcours. Il/elle contribue ainsi pleinement à la progression de la performance économique de son secteur. La maîtrise de la découpe bois et verre est primordiale. Les indispensables: Aimer travailler en équipe, contribuer à la satisfaction clientèle, avoir l'esprit commerçant, prendre des initiatives, avoir le sens du collectif.
