The Role As an Executive Assistant at Mistral, you will support two senior leaders: our VP, Cloud and our VP, Product. These are distinct teams with their own leadership, stakeholders, and priorities. You will be the operational backbone for both, with stakeholders spanning engineering, product, go-to-market, customers, partners, and investors across France, Europe, and the US. The role has been created because both organizations are scaling fast and their leaders' time is the scarcest resource. You will own the leaders' calendars, communications, travel, and meeting preparation end to end and go further: coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running leadership rituals, and supporting high-stakes external moments such as customer and partner engagements, roadshows, and board or…
