Assistant(e) RH IDF (H/F) – Gennevilliers En lien avec le(a) Responsable RH de la Région Ile de France, l’Assistant(e) RH aura pour mission: La gestion administrative RH: Assure le suivi administratif RH du périmètre en lien avec les assistant(e)s d’agence / correspondant(e)s du personnel (validation des contrats, des avenants, …). Est le relai RH des assistant(e)s d’agence /correspondant(e)s du personnel sur toutes les questions relatives à la gestion du personnel en général (contrôle la bonne application des accords d’entreprise, de la convention collective, du code du travail et des procédures internes). Participe au recrutement des agents de maitrise en lien avec le(a) RRH et les managers.…
