This team drives the transformation of how the organization handles incoming and outgoing information and documents, defining product vision and strategy based on customer needs and business goals. You will be part of JADE Mail-to-Ticket team. Mail-to-Ticket is an AI-powered agentic system that automates the creation of tickets from incoming emails - reducing manual effort for customer-facing teams. The product is being rolled out globally.
